What’s this role about?

  • Management of complete recruitment life cycle for identifying best talent from diverse sources from entry level to middle management level.
  • Sourcing the profiles through different sources and channels from Database, Job sites, Walk-in, Social Media, E-Groups, Personal Contacts, Employee Referrals, etc.
  • Conducting telephonic Interviews and short-listing potential candidates.
  • Organizing walk-in and mass interviews.
  • Maintain and update all employee records.
  • On-board new hires and prepare all joining documentation.
  • Provide support on understanding and application of HR policies and processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for all operational queries.
  • Manage exit formalities.
  • Managing the Attendance & leave software by creating new profiles, adding leave quotas.
  • Take ownership of employee engagement activities
  • Attrition management

An ideal candidate would be someone who has

  • MBA in HR
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in BPO HR / Software Industry
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
